Cancel up to 2 hours before the trip at no charge. Inside 2 hours, you pay the full fare. No-shows pay the full fare plus 25%.

A 2023 Mercedes Sprinter, upgraded for dogs, and a team that treats every trip like precious cargo.
Their own kennel
Each dog rides in a one-piece, roto-molded kennel secured in the van: stronger than wire crates, with no weak points.
Cushioned & calm
A thick memory-foam pad and shock-absorbing feet smooth out the ride. The enclosed kennel feels like a cozy den.
Climate-controlled
Upgraded air conditioning and ventilation keep every trip comfortable, and water is on board for longer rides.
Trained drivers
Drivers are over 25 with valid licenses, trained in dog handling and certified in pet first aid and CPR.
Ready for anything
A stocked first-aid kit and a written emergency plan are on every trip.

Who fits
- Almost every size, from Lap Dogs to large breeds

Need a ride today? Call (515) 969-2275. Same-day trips are +$15, when we have room.
Can I book one way?
Yes: one way or round trip. We charge by the mile either way, so plan the trip that works for you.
Do I have to be home?
Someone does. You or an approved guardian must be there at drop-off. We can also meet you at work or another agreed spot.
Will my dog fit?
Almost every dog does. The only breeds we can't take are extra-large giants like Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds and English Mastiffs.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 2 hours before the trip at no charge. Inside 2 hours, you pay the full fare. If no one's there at pickup or drop-off, it's the full fare plus 25%.
Do members save?
Yes. Members get 10% off the first dog's fare on every trip.
How often is the van cleaned?
