What brings you in?
Pick the one that sounds like you. You can always mix and match later.
Four steps
From download to day one
Get the app
Download the app and create your account. It's shared with our sister brand, Paws & Pints, so one login covers both.
Add your dog
Build their profile: name, breed, age, and anything we should know, from allergies to favorite games.
Upload vaccines & sign
Add their vaccine records and sign the agreements under the Agreements tab.
Book day one
Pick a service and a date. For daycare, day one starts with a quick temperament screening.

- Then the fun starts
Got a puppy?
Little paws, big firsts
New puppy, new everything. We'll ease them in at their pace, so their first visits are all tail wags.
-
Start with a Day Stay
Puppies still growing into group play can start with a quieter Day Stay: one-on-one attention, naps and gentle enrichment. When they're ready, the temperament screening opens up group play.
Daycare & Day Stays -
A gentle first groom
The Puppy Pamper gets them used to the tub, dryer and nail trims the easy way, from $39. Shampoo, a quick trim if needed, brush and dry, nails, spritz and a fun accessory.
Grooming -
Puppy rules of thumb
- Current on rabies, distemper, parvo and Bordetella before the first visit
- Spayed or neutered for group play once they're over 6 months
- [Owner to confirm] Minimum age, and whether the full puppy vaccine series must be finished

Book a tour
Come sniff around before you commit. Weekday tours run on the hour from 11 AM to 3 PM, when staff are available.
We skip weekend tours because that's when lodging is at its busiest. Your dog is welcome to come along.
Is there a minimum age?
[Owner to answer] The youngest age you accept for daycare, lodging and grooming.
My dog isn't spayed or neutered. Can they still come?
Yes. Dogs over six months who aren't fixed can't join group play, but they're welcome for Day Stays, lodging and grooming.
Do you have breed restrictions?
Never. Every dog is welcome to try, and every dog passes the same temperament screening.
What happens at the temperament screening?
[Owner to answer] How long it takes, what you'll see, and whether you stay for it.
What if my dog's vaccines have lapsed?
They'll need to be current before their first visit. Upload the updated records in the app once your vet has them.
Can I just drop in?
We work by booking, so reserve in the app or call first. Tours run on the hour, 11 AM–3 PM, on weekdays.
Planning to be a regular? Members save 10% on every visit and get $10 back each month.
