Bordetella is required for every stay. Like a flu shot, it doesn't stop every strain of kennel cough, so if your dog is coughing, please keep them home and call your vet.

Want to see the suites first? Weekday tours run on the hour, 11 AM–3 PM.
Will my dog be comfortable?
Every suite has an elevated bed and fresh blankets, plus TVs in our Luxury suites for background company. Add room service or daycare to make the stay even better.
Can I bring their favorite toy or blanket?
Yes: one washable blanket and up to 2 toys, as long as nothing squeaks or could be a choking hazard. We provide beds and fresh blankets at no extra cost.
Can I check on my dog?
Call the front desk during business hours for an update. Luxury suites also include a live webcam you can log into anytime ($12 a day).
Can two of my dogs share a suite?
Usually, yes, if they live together and get along. Extra-large breeds like Great Danes or Mastiffs may need their own suites.
What if my dog has special needs?
Tell us at check-in and our team will make their stay as close to perfect as possible.
How early should I book for the holidays?
As early as you can. Suites fill fast, so we recommend booking holidays six months ahead.
